8.2 Replacing the source document

Today a knowledge base is built from one PDF, and re-ingest rebuilds from that source. Replacing the underlying document and re-ingesting only what changed is planned rather than shipped, so a genuinely new document today means creating a new knowledge base and, if you want to keep the URL, deleting the old one first.
