6.1 What to do with it

The question log is the most honest feedback a document ever gets. Nobody writes in to say the handbook is unclear about time off. They ask the docent about time off, four times a week, in four different phrasings. Two patterns are worth acting on: Questions the docent could not answer. The document does not cover it. Either add the section or decide it does not belong. Questions asked repeatedly that the docent answers well. The document covers it, but readers cannot find it. That is usually a structure problem: the section is titled in the organization’s language rather than the reader’s. Running the analysis is an API call against your Anthropic key, so it is a deliberate action rather than something that happens on page load.
