It answers only from your document, and it cites the sections it used. Every answer carries inline citations pointing at the specific sections behind each claim, so a reader can click through and verify the answer against the source. That constraint is the point. A chatbot that answers from the whole internet will confidently tell your staff a policy you do not have. A docent that can only cite your handbook cannot.
