4.1 Browsing

A published manual lives at /manual/<slug>/. That landing page lists the manual’s sections as a table of contents. Each section has its own page at /manual/<slug>/<section-slug>/, so any section can be linked to directly, bookmarked, or sent to a colleague. This matters more than it sounds. The reason nobody reads the PDF is that there is no way to point at page 47 of it. A section URL is a way to point.
