3.1 Add a document

Under Add New, give the manual a name, optionally a slug, choose who can read it, and upload the PDF. Name is what appears as the manual’s title. Slug is the URL segment. Leave it blank and Living Manual derives one from the name. A manual with the slug operations publishes at /manual/operations/. Access is either Public, meaning anyone can read it, or Logged-in users, meaning WordPress redirects anonymous visitors to log in first. Choose per manual; a public handbook and an internal procedures binder can live on the same site with different rules. Source PDF is the document itself. Click Create & Ingest.
