10.7 The docent will not answer a question the document covers

Check that the knowledge base finished a Pro ingest rather than a free-core one. The docent retrieves from the knowledge graph, and the graph is built only by the AI pipeline. A knowledge base ingested before Pro was installed, or with no API key set, has sections but no graph. Re-ingest it with Pro active.
